Aurobindo Pharma, in collaboration with aptioria, is conducting an urgent walk-in recruitment drive for 100 Production Associate (SMT) positions in our dynamic Production Department in Hyderabad. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated male candidates eager to begin a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is an excellent chance for young individuals to join a leading industry player.
Role & Responsibilities (SMT – Production)
As a Production Associate, you will be a key part of our manufacturing team, involved in various production stages. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment.
- Assisting with documentation and reporting of production activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Only Male Candidates are eligible.
- Education:
- Intermediate (MPC, BiPC, CEC, HEC, MEC, or MLT with Bridge Course)
- OR Any Degree (candidates currently pursuing or having failed a degree can apply).
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
- Interest: A genuine interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits
We offer a competitive remuneration package along with extensive benefits:
- CTC: ₹2.55 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
