About the Role
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to bolster our dynamic finance department in Hyderabad. This critical role demands a finance professional with substantial experience in pharmaceutical accounting and an expert grasp of financial regulations and compliance. You will be instrumental in managing crucial day-to-day financial operations, guaranteeing impeccable accuracy, and directly contributing to the robust financial health and strategic growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and oversee all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Conduct thorough and accurate bank reconciliations (BRS).
- Ensure timely and precise compliance with GST, TDS, Payroll, and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Prepare detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports and comprehensive financial statements.
- Coordinate effectively with auditors for both internal and external audits, maintaining meticulous books of accounts.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 5-8 years of progressive and relevant experience in an accounting role, specifically within the Pharmaceutical industry (API/Formulation).
- Education: A strong academic background with a B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance). Candidates with CA Inter/CMA Inter qualifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Profound knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Excellent command of MS Excel for advanced financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
