Job Summary:
We are conducting a special walk-in drive to recruit highly skilled and experienced Engineering and Drug Product Aseptic Professionals. If you possess expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, aseptic processes, or sophisticated engineering systems within the biotech industry, we invite you to explore exciting career opportunities with our growing team. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals with 3 to 14 years of relevant experience to contribute to our critical operations in Bangalore.
Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Roles:
- Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance: Focus on RPHPL, Centrifuge, Fermenter, Isolator, Lyophilizer, Vial/PFS Filling equipment, Utilities, Water systems, and comprehensive electrical maintenance for Injectables manufacturing.
- Instrumentation & Automation: Specialization in Calibration, RPHPLC column, Centrifuge, Tank automation, Autoclave, PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS/EMS (HVAC), Honeywell DCS/SCADA, and Engineering QMS.
- Engineering QMS Documentation: Responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality management systems for all engineering processes.
- Central Engineering: Experience in managing Civil Greenfield and Brownfield Projects, CAPEX, and implementing process requirements effectively.
- OSD Engineering & Maintenance: Proficient with Granulation (ACG/GEA), Compression (Fette/GEA/Cadmach), Encapsulation (ACG 25T/40T), Roll Compactor, Hot Melt Extruder, Blending, Coating, Blister, and Bottle Packing Lines.
Drug Product (DP) Fill Finish Roles:
- DP Aseptic Manufacturing (Injectables): Hands-on experience with Isolator, Autoclave, Lyophilizer, Filling, Sealing operations, and rigorous QMS activities.
- DP Visual Inspection: Expertise in Track & Trace, Blister, Labeling, QMS, and Equipment Qualification processes.
- DP Packaging: Knowledge of primary and secondary packaging operations for pharmaceutical products.
- DP Medical Device: Experience in medical device related processes within drug product manufacturing.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science)
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or other related engineering disciplines)
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 14 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is essential.
