Ideal candidates will possess specialized expertise in core production processes, including Granulation, Compression, and Coating. A solid educational foundation is mandatory, with applicants typically holding a Regular B.Sc. degree or an equivalent Diploma in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, precision in execution, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining stringent quality and production standards.
Officers – Production:
For our Officer positions within the Production department, we require professionals with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical Tablets and Capsules. Candidates must hold a Regular B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and advanced production principles. For this critical role, we are seeking highly experienced professionals with 8 to 10 years of dedicated experience in Technology Transfer within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate must demonstrate extensive exposure to key phases of product development and commercialization, including scale-up activities, thorough process validation, and the meticulous preparation of comprehensive regulatory documentation. A Regular B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification is essential.
