Walk-In Drive: Vaccine Manufacturing Professionals – Production (Drug Substance & Drug Product)

Opportunity:
We are conducting a walk-in drive for experienced professionals to strengthen our Production teams in both Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance – DS) and Production Formulations (Drug Product – DP).
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Tech (Biotechnology), or B.Sc. (Biotechnology)
- Experience: 1 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Industry Background: Vaccines, Biosimilars, or Injectable Manufacturing
- Work Ethic: Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens):
- Execute cell culture-based bioreactor operations.
- Manage Master and Working Cell Bank maintenance.
- Oversee media preparation, filtration, and sterilization processes.
- Perform upstream and downstream processing of bacterial/viral antigens.
- Actively participate in Production Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including managing Change Controls, Deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
2. Production Formulations – (Vaccines / Drug Product):
- Blending:
- Manage shift plans for formulation activities.
- Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, Clean-in-Place (CIP), and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) skids.
- Filling:
- Manage filling shift plans.
- Operate vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, and state-of-the-art filling and capping machines.
- Packing & Labelling:
- Manage vial labeling and Vaccine Vial Monitor (VVM) dot machines with integrated inspection systems.
- Operate Videojet and Control Print printers for accurate batch coding.
- Handle the Track & Trace system and monitor cold room/freezer temperatures to maintain product integrity.
