About the Opportunity:
We are currently hiring experienced professionals for our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments. This is an excellent opportunity for meticulous, analytical individuals passionate about ensuring product integrity and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing. We seek talented Officers and Executives to contribute to our quality systems and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities (may include):
- For Quality Control (QC): Perform raw material, in-process, finished product, and stability sample analysis using various analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR). Ensure testing adheres to approved specifications, pharmacopeial standards, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Document results accurately. Participate in instrument calibration and troubleshooting. Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
- For Quality Assurance (QA): Review and approve batch manufacturing records, analytical reports, and other quality documents. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines. Participate in internal and external audits, manage Deviations, Change Controls, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Market Complaints. Conduct quality system training. Perform vendor qualification.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s (B.Pharm) or Master’s (M.Pharm, M.Sc) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
Required Experience:
- Candidates should possess 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with Injectables, Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), or sterile manufacturing environments is advantageous.
