Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a motivated and meticulous Production Executive to join our manufacturing team in Boisar. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing production activities, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our pharmaceutical production processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all production activities precisely according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Plan and issue Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) using SAP, aligning strictly with the production schedule.
- Conduct thorough reviews and diligent maintenance of BMRs, Batch Consumption Records (BCR), logbooks, and all necessary production documentation.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), robust safety protocols, high hygiene standards, and impeccable housekeeping practices throughout the plant.
- Continuously monitor batch quality, production yield, and ensure strict adherence to established process parameters.
- Effectively handle and investigate deviations, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), manage change controls, and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Coordinate all equipment cleaning, validation activities, and scheduled maintenance to guarantee optimal operational readiness.
- Provide essential training to production personnel and meticulously maintain comprehensive training records.
- Facilitate seamless shift handovers to ensure uninterrupted and smooth production operations.
- Maintain effective coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Warehouse departments for timely product sampling and batch release.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Undergraduate (UG): B.Sc in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization.
- Postgraduate (PG): MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization.
- A strong foundational understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and GMP guidelines is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and robust documentation capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
