Available Positions and Key Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Affairs – Formulations (Total 6 Openings)
- Senior Executive – US (2 Positions): Requires 7 years of experience. Candidates will be responsible for regulatory strategy development, lifecycle management, comprehensive dossier preparation, electronic submission management, and liaising with US regulatory authorities.
- Senior Executive – EMA (2 Positions): Requires 7 years of experience. This role involves crafting regulatory strategies for European markets, compiling and submitting dossiers, managing product lifecycle activities, and handling electronic submissions.
- Senior Executive – EM/ROW (2 Positions): Requires 5 years of experience. Key responsibilities include managing regulatory affairs for Emerging Markets and Rest of World regions, overseeing product registration and lifecycle management, preparing dossiers, and coordinating electronic submissions.
2. Production – Softgel (Total 2 Openings)
- Bottle Line Operator (2 Positions): Seeking individuals with 5 years of experience in Soft Gelatin manufacturing. Duties include operating bottle lines, performing setup and changeovers, handling equipment, conducting in-process quality checks, ensuring GMP compliance, troubleshooting, maintaining production documentation, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
3. FRD (Formulation Research & Development) (Total 8 Openings)
- Executive (5 Positions): Requires 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include formulation development and optimization using Quality by Design (QbD) principles, executing formulation trials, documenting findings in laboratory notebooks, preparing and reviewing development and manufacturing documents, and providing technology transfer support from lab to commercial scale.
- Operator – FRD (3 Positions): Requires 5-8 years of experience. This position focuses on operating R&D and pilot-scale pharmaceutical equipment, including compression, coating, and packaging machines, as well as other formulation development process equipment, while actively supporting development and scale-up activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
CiRO Pharma is looking for candidates with proven experience in their respective domains. For Regulatory Affairs, a background in formulation dossier preparation, familiarity with USFDA, EMA, and Emerging Market regulations, and hands-on experience with eCTD and electronic submissions are highly preferred. Production candidates should demonstrate strong expertise in softgel manufacturing operations, GMP principles, and bottle line troubleshooting. FRD professionals are expected to have a solid foundation in formulation development, QbD, technology transfer, and proficiency with pilot-scale and R&D equipment.
