Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our R&D team, you will be instrumental in conducting advanced organic synthesis, developing and optimizing new chemical processes, performing rigorous analytical studies, and contributing to the overall success of innovative projects. Your expertise will directly impact our advancements in specialty chemicals and analytical solutions, helping us achieve groundbreaking results.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience in an R&D environment. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for organic synthesis are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, familiarity with various analytical techniques, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
