Key Responsibilities:
While specific roles and responsibilities may vary based on your experience and qualifications, successful candidates will typically be involved in:
- Developing, validating, and performing robust bioanalytical methods for various pharmaceutical compounds.
- Executing precise sample analysis using advanced analytical techniques, primarily LC-MS/MS.
- Ensuring strict compliance with GLP/GCP regulations, industry standards, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately interpreting data, preparing comprehensive study reports, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Operating, calibrating, and meticulously maintaining sophisticated laboratory equipment.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the bioanalytical laboratory operations.
Who We’re Looking For:
To be a part of our pioneering team, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm from a recognized university or institution.
- Experience: A strong background with a minimum of 3 years to 15 years of progressive and relevant experience in a bioanalytical laboratory setting, preferably within a CRO or a pharmaceutical company.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrated proficiency with bioanalytical principles and techniques, hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS platforms, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
