Opportunities for Experienced Professionals:
1. Operators (OSD Production)
The company is looking for skilled Operators in Compression, Granulation, and Blending.
- Qualification: Diploma or any Science-related Graduation.
- Experience: Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience in machine operation and troubleshooting within a pharmaceutical setting.
- Key Responsibilities: Successful candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Compression, Granulation, and Blending equipment in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes performing in-process checks, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, and executing timely line clearance and changeovers.
2. Executives (OSD Production)
Leadership roles are available for Executives in Compression, Granulation, Blending, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) within OSD Production.
- Qualification: B. Pharma or M. Pharma.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Key Responsibilities: Executives will supervise daily production activities, ensuring full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SOPs. Responsibilities also include planning, monitoring, and reviewing daily production targets, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of documentation across all production systems. Furthermore, Executives will support internal audits, manage deviations, change controls, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) in line with QMS requirements.
Apprentice Opportunities:
For fresh talent eager to begin a career in the pharmaceutical industry, the company offers apprentice positions in the Production and Packing departments (specifically for Tablets).
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Sc (Science stream), with eligibility for candidates who passed out in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must not be currently enrolled in EPFO & ESI schemes and must be willing to work in three rotational shifts. This program offers a fantastic entry point for dedicated individuals looking to gain practical experience and kickstart their professional journey.
