Job Overview:
The current openings are for Quality Control professionals at the Officer and Executive levels. Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in instrumental analysis, specifically with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The roles are full-time positions based in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Educational Background:
Prospective candidates must hold a degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc or M.Sc).
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of critical Quality Control activities, including:
- Performing comprehensive analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), In-process samples, Finished Products, and Stability Samples.
- Operating and maintaining advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometers, and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
- Preparing and standardizing reagents and volumetric solutions.
- Thoroughly reviewing and documenting analytical data in adherence to stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.
- Actively managing Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), Deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes.
- Conducting Environmental Monitoring and Water Analysis.
- Engaging in Method Validation and Method Verification studies.
- Performing Stability Studies.
- Carrying out calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Ensuring compliance with Data Integrity principles.
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines set by bodies such as the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), European Union GMP, and World Health Organization (WHO) GMP.
- Coordinating effectively with Quality Assurance and Production departments on all quality-related matters.
Candidate Profile:
The company particularly welcomes candidates with prior experience in Injectable Manufacturing. A strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and robust laboratory documentation practices is essential. Experience working in highly regulated pharmaceutical environments is also a key requirement.
