About the Role:
We are seeking three enthusiastic and dedicated R&D Chemists to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates eager to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical, industrial setting. You will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of processes for API intermediates, contributing directly to our pipeline of innovative pharmaceutical products. This position offers a foundational experience in chemical synthesis, process development, and analytical evaluation within a state-of-the-art laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As an R&D Chemist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and optimizing synthetic processes for API intermediates.
- Conducting laboratory-scale experiments and executing complex chemical synthesis reactions.
- Performing various chemical operations such as reactions, work-ups, extraction, purification, crystallization, filtration, and drying.
- Maintaining meticulous experimental documentation and conducting analytical evaluations of synthesized compounds.
- Supporting process scale-up activities and facilitating technology transfer to manufacturing units.
- Strictly adhering to all laboratory safety protocols and quality procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), or Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry.
