Key Responsibilities and Skills
Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of critical activities within the injectable production process. These include performing compounding activities, executing aseptic operations while strictly adhering to sterile manufacturing practices, and troubleshooting equipment issues during production. Other duties involve solution preparation, maintaining accurate online production documentation, and coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams. A deep understanding and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols throughout manufacturing operations are paramount.
Required skills for these roles encompass injectable manufacturing, aseptic and sterile manufacturing, compounding techniques, equipment troubleshooting, solution preparation, online documentation management, CFT coordination, and a strong commitment to GMP compliance and SOP adherence.
