The company is looking to fill multiple positions across its production units, focusing on Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI), Foams, and Nasal preparations. The roles are integral to the manufacturing, filling, and packing functions.
1. Officer/Sr. Officer:
- Role Focus: These roles involve overseeing and executing manufacturing, filling, and packing operations. Responsibilities include ensuring production targets are met while adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
- Education: Candidates must hold a B. Pharma, M. Pharma, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational procedures and compliance.
2. Jr. Officer (Operator):
- Role Focus: These are hands-on operational roles, directly involved in the manufacturing, filling, and packing processes. Operators are crucial for running and monitoring production machinery effectively.
- Education: Eligible candidates should possess a Diploma in Pharmacy or Engineering, or a B.Sc. degree.
- Experience: Applicants need 2 to 6 years of practical experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with proven capability in operating production machinery.
Required Technical Expertise:
Candidates for all designations must possess proven working experience in specific production areas. This includes expertise in Sterile preparations, External preparations, Liquids, Inhalations, and Nasal products. Prior experience gained within regulatory-compliant manufacturing plants is highly advantageous, reflecting an understanding of stringent quality and safety protocols.
