About the Role:
We are actively seeking experienced and highly motivated Quality Control Executives/Officers to strengthen our QC department. This is a crucial role for professionals who are passionate about upholding stringent quality standards within pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our products through meticulous analysis and documentation. We have 10 immediate openings for individuals ready to contribute to a culture of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Executive/Officer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing accurate sampling and comprehensive analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Operating, calibrating, and maintaining a variety of analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and titrators.
- Ensuring meticulous and precise documentation of all analytical results, observations, and data.
- Upholding strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Proactively identifying, investigating, and troubleshooting analytical method issues to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
- Actively supporting method validation activities and contributing to thorough laboratory investigations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A mandatory M.Sc. in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience: 1 to 7 years of proven, hands-on experience in a Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated practical experience with various pharmaceutical Quality Control activities.
- Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and interpreting data from analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and titrators.
- A strong understanding of GMP documentation practices, analytical investigations, and method validation processes will be a significant advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to quality assurance.
