The Opportunity:
As a Skilled Production Operator, you will be a crucial contributor to our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include operating, monitoring, and maintaining specialized pharmaceutical production equipment, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP standards, and upholding all safety protocols. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on expertise in the following key areas:
- Coating
- Granulation
- Compression
- Blending
- Encapsulation
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically within Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the listed OSD processes (Coating, Granulation, Compression, Blending, or Encapsulation).
- The ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- A strong understanding and strict adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
