The Role: Production Officer (Grade B & C)
These positions are designed for individuals who possess a B.Pharm qualification and have demonstrable experience working specifically in a Sterile Injectable Plant environment. As a Production Officer, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Executing various production activities within the sterile injectable manufacturing unit.
- Strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the highest quality standards throughout all manufacturing operations.
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining meticulous and accurate production documentation and records.
- Collaborating effectively with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams to consistently achieve production targets.
- Actively supporting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
