The Opportunity
We are actively seeking talented and experienced Pharmacovigilance professionals to join our esteemed team in Hyderabad. We are looking for candidates who can take on roles from Officer to Senior Executive, depending on their expertise and experience.
Key Responsibilities
In this vital role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of drug safety. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical Pharmacovigilance activities, including:
- Thorough processing and management of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from receipt to submission, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Active participation in the preparation, review, and submission of aggregate reports such as Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR/PBRER) and Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Reports (PADER).
- Engaging in signal detection activities, including the analysis and evaluation of safety signals to identify potential risks.
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Risk Management Plans (RMPs) for various drug products.
- Ensuring strict adherence to global pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Who We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: A Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from a reputable institution is mandatory.
- Professional Experience: Candidates must possess between 1 to 5 years of progressive experience in a Pharmacovigilance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated practical experience in ICSR processing, authoring/contributing to aggregate reports (PSUR/PBRER, PADER), conducting signal evaluations, and familiarity with Risk Management Plans (RMPs).
- Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality are essential.
