1. Regulatory Affairs (RA) Professional
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in Regulatory Affairs.
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Key Requirement: Mandatory hands-on experience with Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products is essential for this role.
2. Analytical Development Lab (ADL) Professional
- Experience: 7 to 9 years in Analytical Development.
- Qualifications: An M.Sc. or M.Pharm degree, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Key Requirements: Candidates must possess mandatory OSD experience and demonstrate strong expertise in analytical method development, including proficiency with instruments and techniques such as HPLC, GC, and dissolution.
3. Production Head
- Experience: 17+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical production, with significant leadership roles.
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Key Requirements: This leadership position demands exceptional leadership skills and extensive, mandatory experience in the manufacturing of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms.
