A walk-in recruitment drive is being held for qualified professionals in the biopharmaceutical industry, offering opportunities across Quality Control and Production departments. This hiring event is scheduled for July 25th and 26th, 2026, falling on a Saturday and Sunday. Interested candidates should report to the venue located at Sy. Two primary areas are open for applications:
1. Quality Control (QC) Biologics:
Applicants for QC Biologics roles should possess an M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry, a B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology, or an M.Pharmacy degree. A robust professional background with 2 to 6 years of experience in the biopharma sector is essential. Key skills required include hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, ELISA Reader, Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, and Analytical Balance. Proficiency in various QC techniques, including Biochemical, Immunochemical, Electrophoresis, cell-based, and clot-based assays, is also crucial for this position.
2. Production – Downstream (DS):
Candidates for Production Downstream positions are expected to hold a B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc, B.Sc, or B.Tech qualification. A relevant work experience of 1 to 5 years is necessary. The ideal candidate will have expertise in critical processes such as column packing and unpacking, AKTA operation, chromatography, buffer preparation, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), centrifuge operations, and a strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
