The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and meticulous QC Executive to join our pharmaceutical formulation plant. This pivotal role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through rigorous analytical testing and strict adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct method validation studies to ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability of analytical methods.
- Execute routine instrument calibration and preventive maintenance for various QC equipment.
- Undertake comprehensive stability studies and finished product testing in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain precise and thorough documentation of all analytical data, procedures, and reports.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc/M.Sc) with a specialization in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of practical, hands-on HPLC experience gained within a Pharmaceutical Formulation Plant environment is essential.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC analysis, including method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with instrument calibration techniques and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with stability testing protocols and finished product release criteria.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality control principles and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous documentation abilities.
