Open Positions and Requirements
The recruitment drive focuses on two critical areas within pharmaceutical manufacturing:
1. Quality Control (QC)
- Qualifications: Candidates must possess a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, or a B.Pharm qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience is required.
- Key Responsibilities & Skills: Applicants should have proven experience in the analysis of Finished Products (FP), Raw Materials (RM), and Stability Samples. Mandatory hands-on knowledge of analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) is essential. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Empower Software for analytical data management is also a critical requirement. Responsibilities include maintaining laboratory documentation in strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring timely testing and accurate reporting of analytical results.
2. OSD Packing
- Qualifications: A B.Pharm degree is mandatory for this department.
- Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in OSD Packing.
- Key Responsibilities & Skills: Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in both Primary and Secondary Packing operations for Oral Solid Dosage products. A strong working knowledge and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are crucial. Duties include operating and monitoring various packaging equipment, diligently maintaining packaging documentation and batch records, and ensuring overall quality and efficiency throughout the packing processes.
General Skills and Qualifications
