Location: Indore, India
We are actively seeking talented individuals for the following key positions:
1. Quality Control – Chemist
- Responsibilities: Perform precise QC analytical testing, execute validation activities, ensure meticulous documentation, maintain strict adherence to GMP compliance, and effectively utilize LIMS and EDMS systems.
- Requirements: A UG/PG degree in a relevant scientific field with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Engineering – Engineer
- Responsibilities: Manage comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for plant equipment, conduct thorough equipment validation processes, ensure consistent cGMP compliance, and strictly follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Requirements: A UG/PG degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
3. Quality Control – Executive
- Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of microbiology laboratory operations, implement and monitor robust environmental monitoring programs, and manage the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Requirements: A UG/PG degree in a relevant scientific field with 5–7 years of progressive experience, preferably in a supervisory or executive role in pharmaceutical quality control.
4. Production (API) – Chemist / Technician
- Responsibilities: Efficiently handle shift operations, manage batch charging according to protocols, maintain accurate and complete documentation, and expertly operate various production equipment including Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFDs, and RCVDs.
- Requirements: Educational qualification of BSc, MSc, ITI, or 12th pass with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production.
5. PPA – Chemist
- Responsibilities: Operate and maintain powder processing equipment, perform critical filtration, drying, weighing, and packing operations with precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Requirements: A UG/PG degree in a relevant scientific field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in powder processing or related pharmaceutical operations.
Essential Candidate Criteria:
All desired candidates must possess prior working experience in a WHO, MHRA, or USFDA approved Pharmaceutical API manufacturing plant. This experience is critical for ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
