Open Positions

The company is seeking talented individuals for the following roles:

  • DP Manufacturing Department:
    • Aseptic Technician: Candidates should hold an ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
    • Autoclave Technician: Requires an ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification with 2 to 6 years of experience.
  • Engineering & Maintenance Department:
    • Technician: Applicants should have an ITI / Diploma qualification and 1 to 8 years of experience in the field.

Key Job Responsibilities

Aseptic Technician:
Responsibilities include operating aseptic filling and capping machines, handling tray loaders, FIT, BIT, and filtration vessels. Involvement in media fill, process simulation, smoke studies (airflow visualization), aseptic connections, sterile product handling, batch documentation, equipment cleaning, and qualification/validation activities is also required.

Autoclave Technician:
Duties encompass preparing disinfectant solutions, managing autoclave loading and unloading, operating debagging machines, documenting processes, and handling garment washing, drying, inspection, and wrapping. This role also involves component and garment qualification activities, along with equipment and area management.

Engineering & Maintenance Technician:
This role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and process equipment, operating CIP/SIP systems, and managing process piping. Key tasks include equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, maintaining documentation and logbooks, and providing essential support for utility and production equipment.
