The company is conducting a walk-in interview for various roles within its Quality Assurance department, focusing on Stability, Commercial Release & Support, and QA Operations functions. Walk-In Interview Details:

Open Positions and Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance – Stability (3 Positions)
- Designation: Senior Executive / Executive
- Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
- Experience: 3 – 7 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain stability documentation, protocols, data, and product shelf-life records.
- Develop, review, and analyze stability protocols and data.
- Evaluate change controls and assess their impact on product stability.
- Review laboratory test results and investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) / Out-of-Trend (OOT) findings.
- Monitor ongoing stability programs and prepare annual stability review reports.
- Coordinate effectively with various departments including Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), and suppliers.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Quality Assurance – Commercial Release & Support (4 Positions)
- Designation: Senior Executive / Executive / Senior Officer
- Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: 4 – 8 Years
- Market Exposure: Regulated Markets
- Dosage Forms: Oral Solids, Parenterals, Ophthalmic Solutions, Biosimilars
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Review Analytical Test Results (COA), Specifications, and Standard Testing Procedure (STP) documents.
- Handle Quality Management System (QMS) documents, including Deviations, OOS, Incidents, Investigations, and Change Controls.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely commercial batch release.
- Collaborate with CMOs for efficient product release activities.
3. Quality Assurance – Operations (3 Positions)
- Designation: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: 8 – 10 Years
- Market Exposure: Regulated Markets
- Dosage Forms: Oral Solids, Parenterals, Ophthalmic Solutions, Biosimilars
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support QA activities for new product launches across Canada and other international markets.
- Review regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
- Prepare due diligence reports and coordinate responses with internal and external teams.
- Manage QA support for commercial batch releases in coordination with CMOs.
- Review manufacturing, analytical, and QMS documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations.

General Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with M.Pharm or B.Pharm qualifications should possess relevant QA experience.
- M.Sc qualified candidates are eligible for the Stability function, provided they have relevant QA experience.
