The company is currently inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for positions within its Production Injection department. These roles are based at its advanced manufacturing facility in Amritsar, a hub for pharmaceutical innovation.
Job Highlights & Responsibilities:
This recruitment drive targets dedicated professionals for the roles of Officer, Senior Officer, or Executive within the Production Injection unit. Candidates should possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing. Educational qualifications required include a B.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. degree.
The selected candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant production of injectable pharmaceuticals. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing production activities for injectable manufacturing in strict accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Managing Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and Change Control processes, ensuring all procedural changes are documented and approved.
- Monitoring manufacturing operations diligently to uphold product quality and maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Accurately maintaining production records and actively supporting process validation activities to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Fostering strong inter-departmental collaboration, coordinating effectively with Quality Assurance and other cross-functional teams.
- Strictly adhering to all safety, quality, and EUGMP guidelines throughout the manufacturing operations, contributing to a safe and compliant work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Prospective candidates should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
- Hold a B.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Change Control, and general production operations is highly preferred.
- Exhibit excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills, essential for a collaborative work environment.
The manufacturing site where these openings are available operates under stringent EUGMP certification, and preference will be given to candidates with demonstrable experience in injectable pharmaceutical production within such regulated environments.
