Located at the Laurus Labs R&D Centre in Shameerpet, Hyderabad, successful applicants will be integral to the team. Key responsibilities for these roles encompass supporting process development and scale-up activities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and intermediates. This involves performing process optimization, technology transfer, and conducting thorough process safety evaluations and risk assessments. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing essential process documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and technical reports. A crucial part of the role includes analyzing process data to recommend improvements in yield, quality, and overall productivity. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Synthesis, Analytical, and Pilot Plant teams, ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Active participation in troubleshooting and continuous process improvement initiatives is also expected.
