We are actively looking for talented M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) graduates to fill various positions within our R&D department. We Are Hiring For:
1. R&D – Senior Executive / Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within API R&D Process Development.
- Key Requirement: Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in API R&D Process Development.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and reporting in this role.
2. R&D – Officer / Junior Officer
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in API R&D.
- Key Requirement: Fresh graduates with an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry who are eager to start their career in pharmaceutical R&D are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Good communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities (May Include):
- Conducting research and experimentation for the development of novel API processes.
- Optimizing existing API synthesis routes to enhance efficiency, yield, and scalability.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex experimental data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Accurately documenting research findings and preparing comprehensive technical reports.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Adhering strictly to all safety standards and regulatory guidelines in all R&D activities.
