The Opportunity:
We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals to fill Officer and Executive roles in the following departments:
- Quality Control (QC)
- Microbiology
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Production
These roles are crucial to maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Successful candidates will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities (General):
Depending on your specific department (QC, Microbiology, QA, Production), your responsibilities may include:
- QC: Performing raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis, instrument calibration, and documentation.
- Microbiology: Conducting microbiological testing of products, water, and environmental monitoring, ensuring aseptic conditions.
- QA: Developing and implementing quality systems, conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, and managing documentation.
- Production: Overseeing manufacturing processes, batch record review, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely, and maintaining equipment.
All roles involve meticulous documentation, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Designation: Officer / Executive
- Experience: Candidates must possess 02 to 06 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment for the respective departments.
