The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Officer to join our Production department, specializing in Quality Management System (QMS) activities. This role is vital for ensuring the integrity and compliance of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer – QMS (Production), you will be instrumental in:
- Managing and overseeing QMS activities directly within our pharmaceutical production environment.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), comprehensive documentation, and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Handling critical QMS processes including Change Control, Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Out-of-Specification (OOS) / Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations.
- Actively participating in and supporting internal audits, self-inspections, and external regulatory inspections.
- Implementing and maintaining robust Data Integrity requirements throughout all production operations.
- Contributing to fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement and unwavering compliance within the Production team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) degree with a mandatory First Division academic record.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in QMS handling, specifically within a pharmaceutical Production department.

- Location: This position is based at our Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh facility.
Essential Skills & Exposure:
- Proven expertise and strong practical exposure to QMS activities in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP, meticulous documentation practices, and current regulatory requirements.
- Direct experience with Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and OOS/OOT procedures.
- Familiarity with audit processes, including internal self-inspections and interactions with regulatory bodies.
- Solid understanding of Data Integrity principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to compliance.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to integrate and contribute actively to production goals.
