The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Packing Department in Nagpur as Packing Officers/Specialists. This is a full-time, on-roll position designed for professionals with a solid background in pharmaceutical packing operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Packing Officer/Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Primary Packing: Overseeing and executing the initial packing stages, ensuring product integrity, accurate labeling, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.
- Secondary Packing: Managing the subsequent packing processes, including cartonization, bundling, and case packing, while maintaining product quality and batch traceability.
- Bottle Packing: Specializing in the efficient and compliant packing of pharmaceutical products into bottles, including sealing, capping, and final inspection to meet regulatory requirements.
- Operating and monitoring packing machinery and equipment effectively.
- Conducting in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and batch records for all packing activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize packing efficiency and quality.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical packing department.
- Proven expertise in Primary, Secondary, and Bottle Packing operations.
- Strong understanding of GMP and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
