About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated professionals to join our Fermentation Production team. As a Fermentation Production Professional, you will be instrumental in the upstream processes of our large-scale fermentation operations. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing production schedules, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, and adhering to strict quality and safety standards. You will contribute directly to the successful production of key pharmaceutical ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor upstream fermentation processes and manage large-scale fermentation equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process parameters, record production data, and collaborate on process optimization.
- Participate in batch record review and deviation investigations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s (B.Sc./B.Tech) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Microbiology.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in fermentation production, specifically within upstream processes and handling large-scale fermentation equipment in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
