The Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic M.Sc. Microbiology freshers for a full-time QC Microbiology Trainee position at our advanced Centre of Excellence (COE) in Sarigam, near Vapi, Gujarat. This role is an excellent launchpad for recent postgraduates to gain practical, hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control Microbiology within a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a QC Microbiology Trainee, you will:
- Assist in daily Quality Control Microbiology laboratory operations.
- Execute microbiological testing according to established standard operating procedures.
- Maintain precise laboratory records and ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Support general quality control activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensure consistent adherence to all internal quality and safety protocols.
Who We Are Looking For
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology (Freshers only).
- Experience: This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates eager to start their career.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are strongly encouraged.
- Work Ethic: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Skills: Foundational knowledge in Microbiology and Quality Control, practical understanding of Laboratory Practices, awareness of GLP & GMP principles, strong analytical and communication abilities, a collaborative team spirit, and keen attention to detail for documentation.
