Key Responsibilities:
- Support R&D project planning, tracking, and execution, ensuring projects meet objectives.
- Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items to keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments including R&D, QA/QC, Production, Engineering, and Management.
- Assist in technology transfer and scale-up activities from lab to commercial production.
- Participate in manufacturing trials and process optimization efforts.
