Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Officer to join our dedicated team in Goa. This crucial role focuses on Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) Dispensing within our Warehouse Department. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate and timely issuance of materials to support our production processes, maintaining full compliance with all quality and safety protocols, and contributing significantly to the efficiency of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials and packing materials in designated areas.
- Efficient dispensing of RM and PM as per production batch requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining precise inventory records, conducting stock reconciliation, and managing material movement within the warehouse.
- Ensuring proper segregation, labeling, and optimal storage conditions for all materials to preserve quality.
- Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and company quality policies at all times.
- Operating and performing basic maintenance on relevant warehouse equipment, such as stackers and pallet trucks.
- Meticulous documentation and record-keeping for all material handling, dispensing, and inventory transactions.
- Participating actively in internal and external audits to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, specifically in Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) Dispensing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: A deep understanding of pharmaceutical warehouse processes, inventory management principles, and GMP guidelines is essential, alongside excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant warehouse management systems.
