Medreich Limited (Unit VII) is actively seeking skilled and experienced pharmaceutical professionals to join its growing team in Bengaluru. The company is hosting exclusive walk-in interviews, presenting an excellent opportunity for candidates to explore roles in Quality Assurance, Validation & Qualification, and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA).
Interview Schedule and Location:
Prospective candidates are invited to attend the interviews on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The interview sessions will take place from 09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The designated venue is: Survey No. 11 – 15, Poojaramanahalli Village, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural – 562 114.
Available Positions and Candidate Requirements:
1. Quality Assurance – QMS (2 Vacancies)
Candidates should possess a B.Pharma or M.Pharma qualification with 6 to 10 years of experience. Key responsibilities include thorough review of OOS (Out-of-Specification), OOT (Out-of-Trend), and laboratory incidences, efficient deviation management, conducting robust root cause investigations, and diligent CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) tracking.
2. Validation & Qualification (3 Vacancies)
This role requires individuals with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in managing the end-to-end equipment qualification lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ – Installation, Operational, Performance Qualification), executing process validation under stringent cGMP standards, precise sample tracking, ensuring error-free documentation, and effective CAPA tracking.
3. IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) (4 Vacancies)
For IPQA roles, 2 to 4 years of experience is required. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performing line clearances, real-time monitoring of manufacturing and packaging processes, conducting various in-process tests (e.g., weight, hardness, friability, leak tests), reviewing BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packaging Record) documents, and meticulously documenting any shop floor deviations.
