1. Analytical Research & Development (Solid Orals)
We are looking for seasoned professionals to join our Analytical Research & Development team, specifically focusing on Solid Oral Dosage Forms. Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Proficiency in Analytical Method Validation, ensuring robustness and reliability of analytical procedures.
- Expertise in Analytical Method Transfer, facilitating seamless transition of methods between different laboratories or stages of development.
- Experience with Working Standard Qualification and conducting Stability Studies to assess product quality over time.
- Expertise in instrument Calibration, Dissolution testing for solid oral dosage forms, and Compendia Evaluation to ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards.
- Ability to perform Method Equivalency studies.
- Significant experience in Analytical Development (AD), Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL), and Quality Control (QC) Validation processes for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations.
2. Impurities Synthesis in Analytical Research & Development
This role is ideal for skilled chemists and pharmaceutical analysts focusing on impurities. We seek candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in Impurities Synthesis within an Analytical R&D environment.
Educational Background:
- A postgraduate qualification is required, specifically an M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis, or an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, General Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry.
Key Focus Areas: - Designing and executing synthesis routes for various pharmaceutical impurities.
- Proficiency in characterization and purification of synthesized impurities.
- The ability to provide reliable reference standards for analytical teams, supporting impurity profiling and method development.
3. Core Regulatory Affairs (Formulation Background)
We are looking for highly experienced Regulatory Affairs professionals to navigate the complex landscape of pharmaceutical regulations. This senior role requires 8 to 15 years of extensive experience specifically in core Regulatory Affairs with a strong foundation in formulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing robust regulatory strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Preparing, submitting, and managing comprehensive regulatory dossiers and applications across various markets.
- Ensuring continuous compliance with global regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Effectively interacting with regulatory agencies and managing regulatory submissions for new products and variations, particularly for formulation-based products.
4. Formulation Research & Development (FR&D – Solid Orals)
Join our Formulation R&D team dedicated to Solid Oral Dosage Forms. We are seeking innovative professionals with 5 to 7 years of experience in this specialized area.
Key Contributions:
- Leading and contributing to the development of new solid oral dosage formulations from concept to commercialization.
- Optimizing existing formulations for enhanced efficacy, stability, and manufacturability.
- Conducting pre-formulation studies, formulation design, process development, and scale-up activities.
- Working collaboratively with analytical, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to successfully bring new products to market.
