Opportunities in Quality Control: Trainee Chemists & Chemists
For the Quality Control department, we are seeking approximately 10 Trainee (Chemistry Graduates) and 10 Chemist/Senior Chemist positions. Successful candidates will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of product quality. Key responsibilities and desired skills include:
- Performing detailed analysis of intermediates, finished goods, and stability samples utilizing advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC-LAS, and GC-HSS.
- Operating and meticulously maintaining sophisticated equipment including HPLC and GC-ALS & GC-HSS, with proficiency in Empower-3 Software being highly desirable.
- Possessing a foundational understanding of standard laboratory practices, various analytical techniques, and critical GMP/GLP (Good Manufacturing Practices / Good Laboratory Practices) concepts. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to evolving quality systems is essential.
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- A strong eagerness to learn new methodologies, capability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and flexibility to work in rotating shifts are crucial for these roles.
Opportunities in Production: Trainee Chemists, Chemists & Shift Supervisors
Our Production department is looking to fill approximately 40 Trainee Chemists (Chemistry Graduates / General), 10 Chemists (Chemistry Graduates), and 10 Shift In-charge positions. These roles are vital for maintaining efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Key Skills and Responsibilities for Production Roles:
- Candidates across all levels should have a basic understanding of laboratory practices, analytical techniques, and GMP/GLP concepts, coupled with a proactive willingness to learn and implement quality systems within a production setting.
- Attention to detail, clear and concise communication, and the consistent ability to follow SOPs are paramount for ensuring smooth and compliant production processes.
- An adaptive mindset, strong teamwork capabilities, and the flexibility to work in various shifts are essential for operational success.
- For the Shift In-charge position, proven expertise is required in critical areas such as batch planning, daily production scheduling, overall production management, effective supervision of production activities, and initiating productivity improvement measures. These leaders will drive operational excellence and team performance.
