Role Details and Qualifications:
- Shift Supervisor: Candidates for this role should demonstrate proven expertise in areas such as batch planning, daily production planning, production management, production supervision, production scheduling, and leading productivity improvement initiatives.
- Chemists: This position is open to Chemistry Graduates.
- Trainee Chemists: Welcomes both Chemistry Graduates and individuals with a general science background.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
All applicants are expected to possess a basic understanding of laboratory practices, analytical techniques, and GMP/GLP concepts. A keen willingness to learn quality systems, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to meticulously follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are crucial. Furthermore, candidates should be adaptable to working in shifts and exhibit strong teamwork capabilities.
