Maithri Laboratories is actively seeking talented individuals to join its team through walk-in interviews at its Gaddapotharam facility. These interviews present a significant opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates looking to advance their careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
The interview drive is scheduled for two days: Friday, July 10, 2026, and Saturday, July 11, 2026. Aspiring candidates are encouraged to arrive at the venue, Maithri Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Gaddapotharam, starting promptly at 09:30 AM on either date. All selected candidates will be based at the Gaddapotharam location.
The company is recruiting for positions across two critical departments:
1. Production:
For Production roles, candidates should possess qualifications such as BSc, BA, BCom, Intermediate, or SSC. A broad range of experience, from 0 to 8 years, is considered. Key skills required include a solid background in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) industry, proficiency in operating equipment like reactors, centrifuges, driers, and powder processing machinery. Furthermore, a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), effective team management abilities, and robust reporting skills are highly desirable.
2. Warehouse – API:
The Warehouse – API department is specifically looking for freshers who have completed their BSc degrees in 2023, 2024, or 2025. Ideal candidates must be adaptable to working rotational shifts and possess excellent communication skills.
