The Opportunity
We are conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for various Operator positions within our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Production and Packing departments. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals with a proven background in pharmaceutical manufacturing to advance their careers with a reputable and growing organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities (Operators – 2 to 8 years experience):
We are seeking dedicated and proficient Operators to manage critical processes in our Formulation Division (Unit-II). Specific roles include:
- Production OSD (Manufacturing):
- Operating machinery for Granulation processes.
- Managing Compression operations.
- Executing Coating procedures.
- Performing Capsule Filling tasks.
- Packing OSD:
- Handling Primary & Secondary Packing operations.
- Operating Blister Packing machines.
- Managing Bottle Packing lines.
- Performing Cartonator operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Candidates must hold an ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Production OSD or Packing is essential.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to operate relevant machinery, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, and contribute to a safe and efficient production environment.
