About the Role (API Analytical R&D):
As an Executive or Senior Executive in API AR&D, you will play a critical role within our analytical team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and actively participating in method development, method transfer, and validation processes across various stages of drug development.
- Executing analytical method validations in strict adherence to both internal protocols and country-specific regulatory guidelines.
- Ensuring comprehensive compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards within the laboratory.
- Providing essential technical support to the R&D department for the successful filing of Drug Master Files (DMFs).
- Strategically optimizing laboratory resources to ensure that all analytical methods meet the required objectives at each stage of drug development.
- Upholding high standards of quality, adhering to strict project timelines, and fostering effective customer relationships.
- Facilitating scientific and technical discussions with team members and external collaborators to resolve complex issues and effectively communicate conclusions drawn from stability studies.
Key Technical Skills (API AR&D):
Candidates for the AR&D role must possess hands-on experience with a comprehensive range of analytical instruments and techniques, including:
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with Lab Solutions software
- Gas Chromatography (GC) with Lab Solutions software
- GC-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS)
- Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS)
- Powder X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD)
- UV-VIS Spectrometer
- pH Meter, Moisture Analyzer, Karl Fischer Titrator, and Micro-Weighter Balance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: M.Sc (preferably in Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry)
- Experience: 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in API Analytical R&D or API Regulatory Affairs.
