We are currently conducting a special recruitment drive for our state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Manufacturing Facility located in Nashik. We are looking for skilled Quality Control (QC) professionals to strengthen our operations and ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Position Details:
- Role: Quality Control (QC)
- Location: Nashik (OSD Manufacturing Facility)
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess an M.Sc in Chemistry, or a B. Pharm / M. Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with oral solid dosage forms, is required.
Key Skills and Competencies We Are Looking For:
Successful candidates will demonstrate a robust understanding and practical experience in various aspects of Quality Control:
- Oral Solid Dosage Expertise: Proven experience in handling and analyzing Oral Solid Dosage Forms is essential for this role.
- Instrumental Proficiency: Ability to proficiently operate and troubleshoot a range of analytical instruments including, but not limited to, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy, Infrared (IR) spectroscopy, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Laboratory Systems: Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes is highly valued.
- Quality Investigations: Strong skills in handling and investigating Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, as well as managing and resolving deviations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
