A leading USFDA-compliant Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing facility, located in Boisar MIDC, Palghar District, is hosting a Mega Walk-In Interview Drive. The drive seeks skilled individuals for various roles across API Manufacturing, Quality Control, Hydrogenation, and Maintenance functions.

The company operates a state-of-the-art, USFDA-compliant plant specializing in API and Bulk Drug Manufacturing. Candidates with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in this industry are highly encouraged to attend. The recruitment region for these positions is Raigad, Maharashtra, offering a chance to join a growing team in a critical industry.

Open Positions and Responsibilities:

  1. Production Officer (API):

    • Key Responsibilities: Managing reactor operations, meticulous handling of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and associated documentation, and overseeing general API production activities.
    • Preferred Background: Professionals with experience in the API or Bulk Drug Manufacturing Industry.
  2. Hydrogenation Officer:

    • Key Responsibilities: Operating high-pressure loop reactors, managing catalyst charging and handling procedures, diligently monitoring hydrogenation processes, and ensuring paramount safety and process compliance.
    • Preferred Background: Experience specifically in hydrogenation plants and reactor operations is essential.
  3. Quality Control Officer (QC):

    • Key Responsibilities: Performing analytical testing and managing laboratory operations, proficiently handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, and conducting Wet Chemistry Analysis, along with comprehensive documentation and GMP compliance.
    • Preferred Background: Experience within API Quality Control laboratories.
  4. Instrumentation & Maintenance Officer:

    • Key Responsibilities: Expertise in DCS/PLC automation systems, performing plant instrumentation maintenance, executing calibration activities, and conducting both preventive and breakdown maintenance efficiently.
    • Preferred Background: Proven experience in process industry instrumentation and automation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess 2 to 8 years of experience in API or Bulk Drug Manufacturing and hold one of the following qualifications:

  • B.Sc Chemistry
  • M.Sc Chemistry
  • B.Pharm
  • Diploma in Chemical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
