Openings are available across these key departments:
- Organic Chemistry: Roles for Research Associates (RA), Senior Research Associates (SRA), and Assistant Research Scientists (ARS). Candidates should possess 1-6 years of CRO experience and hold an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
- Analytical Chemistry: Positions for Research Associates (RA) and Senior Research Associates (SRA) requiring 2-4 years in API or CRO settings. Qualifications include M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic/Analytical Chemistry. Senior roles, including Principal Scientist and Senior Principal Scientist, are also open, demanding 10+ years of CRO experience with similar qualifications.
- ADME/DMPK: Seeking Senior Research Associates (SRA) and Assistant Research Scientists (ARS) with 4-8 years of experience in the CRO industry. Required qualifications are M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmacology.
- Human Resources: Expanding the team with roles for Learning & Development Executives and Talent Acquisition Executives. Both require 2-5 years of relevant experience, with qualifications of Any Graduate or MBA (HR).
To be eligible, candidates need relevant domain experience. Scientific positions demand specified educational qualifications, with CRO or API industry experience strongly preferred where indicated. HR candidates must demonstrate direct experience in Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition roles.
