Role & Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all laboratory operations and maintaining stringent quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising all Quality Control laboratory operations, ensuring strict adherence to revised Schedule M and WHO GMP guidelines.
- Overseeing and performing various testing procedures for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Thorough review and approval of analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Standard Testing Procedures (STPs).
- Ensuring the timely and accurate calibration of critical analytical instruments, including HPLC, FTIR, UV, GC, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Providing expert guidance and oversight in chemical instrumentation and microbiology aspects of quality control.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly capable individual who meets the following criteria:
- Must be an Approved Analytical Chemist with proven expertise in both Chemical instrumentation and Microbiology.
- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical formulations sector is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage laboratory teams and operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Schedule M and WHO GMP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
