Career Opportunities Across Key Departments:
We are actively recruiting for positions from Executive to Manager level, seeking candidates with 2 to 10 years of experience in Biologics/Biosimilars (Protein/mAb based products) across the following departments:
- Analytical Development
- Manufacturing, Science, and Technology (MSAT) – Drug Substance
- Process Development (Upstream & Downstream)
Department-Specific Expertise & Requirements:
1. Analytical Development
- Experience: Method development, qualification, validation, transfer, and sample analysis.
- Skills: Hands-on expertise with techniques like HPLC/UPLC, cIEF, CE-SDS, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, ELISA, Cell-based assays (Binding & Potency), and Mass Spectrometry.
- Qualifications: M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology), M.Tech (Biotechnology), B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
2. MSAT – Drug Substance
- Experience: Process development, characterization, scale-up, and tech transfer activities (Upstream or Downstream focus).
- Skills: Experience with mammalian/microbial bioreactors, chromatography systems (AKTA), TFF, and aseptic techniques.
- Qualifications: M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology), M.Tech (Biotechnology), B.Tech (Biotechnology), B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
3. Process Development
- Experience: Upstream or Downstream Process Development.
- Upstream: Cell Line Development, Process Optimization & Scale-Up, mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operation (bench/pilot scale), media optimization, fed-batch/perfusion strategies.
- Downstream: Purification strategies (affinity, IEX, HIC), ultrafiltration/diafiltration, viral inactivation/filtration, protein refolding.
- Qualifications: M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology), M.Tech (Biotechnology), B.Tech (Biotechnology).
General Requirements for All Candidates:
- Demonstrated experience in a cGMP-compliant environment.
- Solid understanding of biosimilar CMC development and regulatory requirements.
