The program boasts an intensive curriculum delivered over 400 total hours. Participants will immerse themselves in advanced synthesis techniques, essential laboratory skills, and a range of general topics pertinent to the field. Crucially, the program also dedicates time to developing vital soft skills, ensuring graduates are well-rounded and industry-ready professionals.
A key highlight of this program is the comprehensive support provided to participants. Enrolled candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000, offering financial assistance throughout their training period. Furthermore, upon the successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded a significant completion bonus of Rs. 20,000. To ensure a smooth transition into employment, dedicated placement assistance will also be offered.
Eligibility for this coveted program is specific. Applicants must hold an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and be part of the 2026 graduating class. A strong academic record is also required, with candidates needing a minimum of 65% marks in their qualifying degree.
Prospective candidates should note the important dates for the selection process. An online test is scheduled for June 19th and 20th, 2026, taking place between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Following the test, shortlisted candidates will be invited for online interviews, which are set to commence from June 22nd, 2026, onwards.
