Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Designations: Executive & Senior Executive
- Experience: Candidates must possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Specific experience in Formulations is essential for most roles, while experience in API is required for R&D and AR&D positions.
- Education:
- B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm: Required for most scientific and production roles.
- ITI, Diploma: Encouraged to apply for suitable positions.
- B.Tech: Essential for Engineering roles.
- MBA: Preferred for Human Resources positions.
